An “age in place” addition consisting of a owner’sbedroom, large full bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet, we used a Hardie plank siding which blends nicely with the rest of the home. This addition has a private entry and Trex deck.
Inside features vaulted ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. There is plenty of natural light with new Pella windows and doors.
In the bathroom, the shower has a large frameless glass door which provides a 3’ wide curbless entry. The beautiful tile detail, brushed nickel fixtures, grab bar, and large seat all make this the perfect shower for this owner. The bathroom also has a beautiful double vanity with plenty of storage and a large double door closet that can fit a washer and dryer.
Along with this addition, we also added a full bathroom to a second-floor bedroom. This bathroom has a fully tiled shower with a large semi-frameless glass door, simple vanity and elegant finishes.
